Ingredients: 3 1/2 ounces vegetable shortening 2 ounces butter 6 tbs sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbs milk 1 tbs rum 1 cup all purpose flour 2 tbs cocoa powder 1 egg Method: Preheat oven to 355°F (180°C) Combine lard and butter at room temperature, and add sugar.
