Margherita. The most basic pizza of all. But do you know how to make it? I’ll give you a hint!

Preheat your oven to the (the ovens) maximum temperature (about 400 – 500 F). Slice the mozzarella cheese into little rings. Stretch the pizza dough into a round, and place it into a floured pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, and leave about 1 inch around the outside edge for the crust. Sprinkle shredded Edam or Gouda over the pizza sauce and arrange the Mozzarella rings over the top. Place the olives on the middle. Bake for 5-7 minutes on the lower rack of the oven, or until the crust turns golden brown.
Serve hot!
