As weird as it may seem, this unusual strudel is actually delicious! Let’s see a quick guide, how to make this really simple and incredibly delicious dessert.
Preheat the oven to 357F. Put the dough onto a square piece of parchment paper. Roll it into a square, about 0,2 inch thick, using a rolling pin. Place the wafers downwards, in the middle of the rolled out dough. Place the chocolate over the wafers (in the middle).
Bend one side of the dough over the waffles and chocolate,
then bend the other side of the dough over again, to form a strudel. Put the strudel with the parchment paper into a square baking tin. Use a knife to make parallel cuts over the top of the pastry.
Moisten the top of the strudel with some milk, set it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Set aside to cool, then serve.
