I couldn’t take my eyes or hands off these tasty crepes. They are surely made for those, addicted to chocolate, ice-cream and sugar.
1 milk chocolate
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
Beat the eggs with the milk in a medium bowl. Add flour, sugar, salt and coconut oil (if using). Beat well and let stand for 15 minutes. Heat an 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat with vegetable shortening when hot. Pour in 2 tablespoons of batter and swirl the pan to coat the entire surface in a thin layer. Allow to cook for a minute and gently turn around using a wooden spatula. Coat the pan with vegetable shortening before each crepe. Proceed until the batter is gone. Stack the crepes on top of each other and cover them so they stay hot.
coat each crepe with 1 tbs melted milk chocolate, 1 tbs whipped cream and fold it in half. Fold in half again so you get a triangle. Place 3 triangles on a plate, with a scoop of ice-cream, and decorate with whipped cream. pour over the melted chocolate.
