Home-made is better, healthier and tastier. If you agree with me, you could try making this delicious coconut pudding.
2 cups milk
1 cup coconut milk
3 tbs sugar
3 tbs starch
5 tbs coconut flakes
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix 1 cup milk, vanilla extract, starch and sugar (If you don’t have starch, you can replace it with all purpose flour). Heat the remaining 1 cup milk with 1 cup coconut milk. Just before it starts to boil, remove from heat. Pour in the starch mixture, stirring. Now heat over low and add the coconut flakes. Shed the pudding into small cups and leave it to cool.
Serve with whipping cream.
