A quick and easy way to bright up your day. For chocolate addict and everyone else:) Try these cute little Chocolate semolina bars, and I promise, you won’t be sorry.
Heat butter until it melts and add milk. Heat until it boils and mix in white chocolate and vanilla extract. Stir well and add semolina. Reduce heat to minimum and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Meanwhile melt the milk chocolate in the microwave oven, or in a water bath. Transfer 1/2 half of white chocolate into a square container and spread all over the bottom. Sprinkle enough puff rice to cover the milk chocolate. Mix the remaining puffed rice into the semolina mixture and pour it into the container, over the milk chocolate layer. Now top with the other half of milk chocolate and place in the refrigerator to cool (for an hour or so).
Remove from the fridge and cut into little squares. Serve cold.
