Stretch the phyllo dough over a floured cloth to a rectangle and grease it with 1 tbs butter. Heat 3 tbs butter over medium, until it melts. Add chopped spinach, salt and garlic, and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Mix in the whipping cream and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and leave it to cool. Transfer the mixture in the blender, add the egg and blend until smooth. Spread the mixture over the dough, roll it up and wrap in the cloth. Put it in boiling water and cook for about 30 minutes. When it’s done, slice it into pieces and serve hot as a main dish or a side dish.
