Nacho Cheese Potatoes


If you’re in love with nacho cheese, you should love these! It can either be served as a main dish, or a side dish.


  • 1 pound potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 1 tsp sea salt


Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400˚F

Cut the potatoes into rings about 1/2 inch thick, toss with olive oil,  thyme, and sea salt.

Cover the bottom of baking pan with 1 layer of potatoes. spread a half of nacho cheese on top and cover with another layer of potatoes. Spread the remaining nacho cheese over and cover with the third layer of potatoes. Scatter the butter on top of the them and bake for about 40 minutes until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown in color. Remove from the oven  and season the with sea salt, if desired. Serve immediately.
