Pizza Sauce

A great pizza sauce is an important component of a great pizza. Try this one and I promise, you’ll never buy pre-made pizza sauces or ketchup.

Ingredients:

• 1 can “long” tomatoes (pelati)
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tbs oregano
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 1/3 chili pepper (optional)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbs sugar
• 1 tsp ground basil

Method:

Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you are not using it immediately, store well covered in a fridge.
