Slice the chicken breasts into smaller strips. Salt it and add paprika powder and cayenne pepper. Mince the onions, slice the bell peppers, tomatoes and chili pepper into small pieces. Heat the olive oil with the minced onions in a large saucepan over medium heat. when the onions turn golden, mix in the chicken strips. Cook until it’s done on both sides. Mix in all the vegetables and cook covered for approximately 5 minutes. When it dries out, pour in some water. Cook untill all the ingredients gently melt together.
Serve hot, with rice bars.
