I recently discovered I have some health problems, and realized I have to hold on to a strict diet. As I first saw the list of food, I could eat, I was shocked. There were only vegetables, a few spices, and some other healthy food, so this could be quite shocking for someone, who is madly in love with sugar. I decided to come up with a recipe, which contains all the healthy food and still is tasty and wonderful. So If you’re on a diet, you should really try this one out!

Cook the pasta, drain and reserve. Meanwhile heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and add the diced onions. Cook for 2 minutes and stir occasionally. add the diced tomato and cook for another 3 minutes. Season with salt, cayenne pepper, paprika powder and basil. Mix in the bell peppers, minced almonds and cashew nuts. Stir in a cup of water and cook for about 10 minutes until almost all liquid has evaporated. Add pasta to the mixture and stir well. Serve while it’s still hot.
