So I had to try making them on my own, and realized they are very close to perfect Here’s the recipe: Ingredients: 2 pounds peeled potatoes 3 tbs fresh diced parsley 4 cloves garlic salt and pepper 3 tbs olive oil Method: Preheat oven to 375 F. Peel the potatoes and cut them in quarters. Arrange them into a baking pan and add salt and pepper and minced garlic. Pour over the olive oil and cover with aluminum foil.
