Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 small onion 1 large potato, diced 2 tsp diced leak 4 cups vegetable broth 5 cloves garlic 1/2 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper salt to taste Method: Place a medium soup pot over medium heat. Ingredients: 1 pound potatoes 1/2 tsp thyme 2 tbs olive oil 1/2 cup nacho cheese 2 tbs butter 1 tsp sea salt Method: Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
